FAQ

Shopping, answered.

Can't find what you're looking for? Brooke is happy to help.

Who are the supplies for?

The shop is designed for professional extensionists and stylists, and stocks the same hair, tools and supplies Brooke uses in the studio.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Standard shipping is $15, or free on orders over $100, and Express shipping is available on orders over $100. International orders ship for a flat $20.

What does 'super double drawn' mean?

Most of the short hairs are removed, so the ends are almost as full as the root — giving a thicker, more even finish.

Can wefts be cut?

Yes. The invisible wefts are 80cm wide and can be cut to size.

Can I return hair?

For hygiene reasons, we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds on hair extensions, toppers or wigs. An exchange may be offered at our discretion once the hair has been returned and assessed — it must be unused, unworn, uninstalled and unaltered, with its original packaging, seals and ties intact. Please contact us before returning any hair. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
