What we collect

When you place an order, book an appointment or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, address and, for appointments, information about your hair.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfil orders, manage appointments, respond to enquiries and — if you opt in — send studio news. We never sell your personal information.

Third parties

We use trusted providers to run our store, process payments and manage bookings (including Shopify and Square). They handle your data under their own privacy policies.
