Rescheduling & cancelling

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment.

Late changes

Appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Booking requests

Online bookings are sent to Brooke as a request. Your appointment is confirmed once Brooke accepts it, and you'll be notified by text.

Payment

Payment is made at your appointment.
