Your rights

Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Hair products

For hygiene reasons, hair extensions can only be returned if unopened, unused and in their original packaging within [X] days of delivery. [to confirm]

Tools

Tools with a manufacturer warranty — such as the Fusion Iron's 3-month warranty — are covered for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
