How long do keratin bond extensions last?
Keratin bonds are generally worn for around three to four months, depending on your natural hair growth, lifestyle and home care. Maintenance is planned within an 8–12 week cycle.
Are extensions suitable for fine or fragile hair?
Often, yes — it's Brooke's specialty. Bonds as small as 0.2–0.3 grams are used in delicate areas, and every application is planned around what your natural hair can comfortably support.
Micro bonds or wefts — which is right for me?
Micro bonds are usually best for fine or fragile hair and for discreet, wear-it-up results. Wefts suit clients with enough density who want volume and fullness. Your consultation will recommend the right method.
Can my keratin extensions be reused?
Quality keratin hair can usually be removed, re-tipped with fresh handmade bonds and reinstalled. Removal is booked first and reinstallation follows, usually the next day or within a few days.
How often do weft extensions need maintenance?
Every six to eight weeks, when wefts are removed or repositioned and attachment areas are checked.
What is mesh integration?
A non-surgical cosmetic hair system. A mesh foundation supports additional hair and closures to provide coverage through areas of thinning or hair loss.
What's the difference between mesh and meshless?
Mesh offers more extensive coverage. Meshless integration offers targeted coverage, combining closures with extensions where your natural hair can support it.
Do I need hair loss to wear a mini topper?
No. Many clients wear a mini topper simply for extra volume and thickness at the part.
Who are custom wigs for?
Custom wigs may suit clients experiencing complete or significant hair loss associated with alopecia, medical treatment, hormonal changes, medication or other circumstances.
Are these medical treatments?
No. Integration systems, toppers and wigs are cosmetic solutions. Please speak with your doctor about any medical concerns.
Can my appointment be private and quiet?
Yes. Every appointment is one-on-one in a private studio, and silent appointments are available on request.
How do I book?
Choose your service, tell Brooke a little about your hair, then pick a time in her booking calendar. Your booking is sent as a request and Brooke confirms personally.
Is the consultation free?
The 15-minute new-client hair extension consultation is complimentary. Hair loss consultations are priced individually.
When do I pay?
Payment is made at your appointment.
What's the cancellation policy?
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made with less notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
How far ahead should I book micro bonds?
Please book your consultation at least two weeks before your application, so your hair and colours can be prepared.

Who are the supplies for?
The shop is designed for professional extensionists and stylists, and stocks the same hair, tools and supplies Brooke uses in the studio.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, supplies are shipped across Australia. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. [to confirm]
What does 'super double drawn' mean?
Most of the short hairs are removed, so the ends are almost as full as the root — giving a thicker, more even finish.
Can wefts be cut?
Yes. The invisible wefts are 80cm wide and can be cut to size.
Can I return hair?
For hygiene reasons, hair may only be returned unopened and in original condition. See the Refund Policy for details. [to confirm]
How should I brush my extensions?
Brush gently from the ends upwards with a soft or loop brush, holding the hair near the root to avoid pulling on the attachments.
Can I use heat tools?
Yes, on the lengths — keep heat away from bonds and attachment points.
How should I sleep with extensions?
Dry your hair completely and sleep with it loosely braided or tied to reduce tangling.
What products should I use?
Gentle, sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner on the lengths, keeping oils and conditioner away from bonds. Brooke will recommend products at your appointment.
